Coheed and Cambria Announced Fall Tour Dates

May 14, 2014

Eleven years after In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3 first hit the shelves, New York’s finest prog-rock quartet have announced they are to revisit their landmark second LP in full with the release of Coheed and Cambria tickets for a 25-date trek this fall.

Claudio Sanchez and co. are no strangers to the concept of a classic album tour, having performed their first four studio efforts over the course of four nights at four different venues during their 2008 Neverender concert series.

But this time round, the band are focusing their efforts solely on their 2003 sophomore – also the third chapter of their space-age Tolkien-esque saga, The Amory Wars – which reached No.52 on the Billboard 200 and eventually sold half a million copies in the US alone.

Kicking off at the Riverside Municipal Auditorium on September 5, the group will then take in the likes of Houston’s House of Blues on Sept 17 (TicketIQ get-in price $100/average price $205), Montclair’s Wellmont Theatre on Sept 25 ($105/$184) and New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom on Sept 27 ($100/$207) before wrapping up at Atlanta’s Tabernacle on October 7.

There are still hundreds of Coheed & Cambria tickets up for grabs on TicketIQ with the Sept 13 gig at Denver’s Fillmore Auditorium currently with the lowest get-in price at $55 (average price $157) and the Sept 24 date at Upper Darby’s Tower Theatre with the cheapest average price at $100 (get-in price $100).

Alongside the likes of singles “A Favor House Atlantic,” “Blood Red Summer” and the title track, fans with Coheed and Cambria tickets for this unique run of shows can also look forward to an opening slot from New Jersey seven-piece Thank You Scientist. Below is a full list of upcoming tour dates:
