Lily Allen Announces First North American Tour Dates In Five Years
May 14, 2014
In the same week that she releases her third studio album, Sheezus, one of the UK’s most outspoken pop artists has announced she is to head across the Atlantic this fall with the release of Lily Allen tickets for a 19-date North American tour.
The 29-year-old, who last toured the continent back in 2009, will first perform a one-off gig on May 15 at New York’s Highline Ballroom – tickets for which are available on TicketIQ at a get-in price of $94 and an average price of $127.
But following a series of festival performances at the likes of Glastonbury, Ibiza Rocks and Australia’s Splendour In The Grass during the summer, Allen will return for a longer run of shows, kicking off at The Fillmore Miami Beach at Jackie Gleason Theater on September 9 ($110/$169) and concluding at Los Angeles’ Hollywood Palladium on October 10 ($104/$147).
There are still a limited number of Lily Allen tickets available on TicketIQ for most shows with the Sept 20 gig at Boston’s House of Blues currently with the lowest get-in price at $77 (average price $198) and the Sept 28 concert at Toronto’s Sound Academy with the cheapest average price at $104 (get-in price $104).
The 2008 Grammy nominee, who will appear on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon tomorrow (May 15) and Live with Kelly and Michael on May 26, will be expected to play the majority of her new LP, Sheezus. But fans with Lily Allen tickets for her recent album launch show in London were also treated to several hits from her 2006 debut Alright, Still (“Smile,” “LDN,” “Littlest Things”) and her 2009 sophomore, It’s Not Me, It’s You (“The Fear,” “Not Fair,” “22”).

28 year old English songstress Lily Allen has finally set a release date for her long awaited “Sheezus” album. The 12-track effort to follow up 2009's “It's Not Me, It's You” will be released in the UK on May 5th and the US on May 6th. To promote the release, Allen will be performing in New York for the first time since 2009.
Highlighted by a May 15th performance at the Highline Ballroom, she'll also be appearing on May 14th's edition of The Today Show and the May 23rd broadcast of Live with Kelly and Michael. While the $25 Lily Allen tickets for the 15th are not on sale until April 11th at noon, she is expected to sell out the intimate venue instantly.
The stateside appearances pre-date her presence at a number of European and Asian festivals, including Glastonbury, Benicàssim, and the Fuji Rock Festival.
