Previewing The 2014 Philadelphia Eagles Schedule
July 3, 2014
Chip Kelly and Nick Foles are out to prove 2013 wasn’t a fluke. The Iggles took everyone by storm last year and will have to try to do it again without the help of wide receiver DeSean Jackson (now in Washington). Claiming the division and finishing 10-6 or better again surely will be a tall task, especially when you look at the Philadelphia Eagles schedule.
Philly starts the season off with a seemingly easy game against the Jaguars at home, but then things quickly get intense with road meetings against the Colts and 49ers in two out of the next three weeks. The Eagles have it the worst after their week seven bye, as six of their final 10 games are on the road. More specifically, they finish the season with a brutal divisional gauntlet, as they take on the defending Super Bowl champion Seahawks smack dab in the middle of a four-game NFC West run.
