Previewing The 2014 San Francisco 49ers Schedule

The San Francisco 49ers schedule has two highlights on it: week 13 and week 15. That’s when Colin Kaepernick and co. make their money in the NFC West and try to top the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.
The Niners actually still have plenty of other matchups to be weary of this year, as a season opening trip to Dallas to take on the Cowboys can’t exactly be filed as “easy”. Later dates with the Bears, Eagles, Chiefs, Broncos, Saints and Chargers also are far from guaranteed wins, while the rest of the NFC West can always prove to be a challenge.
This is the 49ers we’re talking about, though. They’ll find a way to do well enough over the rest of their schedule and will put themselves in position to take the division. How they fare in those two battles with the Seahawks, however, will be what their season truly boils down to.
