Life Of Agony Announce Lone US Performance This September

July 17, 2014

After reuniting in March, Brooklyn alt-metal quartet Life Of Agony have announced a lone stateside performance to go along with their previously announced string of European festival dates.

The reunion is of special note as they will mark the first live performances since singer Keith Caputo announced himself as transgendered and switched his stage name to Mina Caputo

The band's European set includes the Alcatraz Hard Rock Festival in Belguim, the Picture On Festival in Austria, and Germany's ELB Riot Fest and X Rock Fest in August. Then the band will take on the Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ in September. The date will mark the band's first show there since January of 2011 and is the only US appearance in 2014.

The official on-sale is Friday, July 18th, with general admission seats at an easy $18. Unsurprisingly, Life Of Agony tickets have already hit the secondary market. With an average asking price of $56, the cheapest available Life Of Agony tickets at the Starland Ballroom is $42, over double face value. However with the show expected to sell out quickly, the secondary market may soon become the only option to catch the cult favorites live.
