Eagles Tickets 7% Above Average For NFC East Clash With Washington

September 17, 2014

Earlier today, we posted an article on CBS Philly breaking down the average price for Philadelphia Eagles tickets for their mathcup this weekend with the Redskins. Here is some of that article:

The Philadelphia Eagles return home this week following a spirited win against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium last Monday. They welcome the Washington Redskins in an NFC East showdown this Sunday, which will serve as the third most expensive game on the secondary market at Lincoln Financial Field this season. On top of above-average secondary ticket price, Philadelphia will also host the homecoming of DeSean Jackson, whom the Redskins acquired after being released by the Eagles in the offseason. While such a reunion will undoubtedly be greeted by a sea of boos dressed in midnight green, it will be among the upper echelon of top-priced Philadelphia Eagles tickets on the secondary market this season.

According to TicketIQ, the average price for Eagles vs. Redskins tickets is currently $227.51 on the secondary market, 7% above the season average of $213.15 for Eagles tickets at home. The get-in price for the game is currently $111, which is the most expensive get-in price among all home Eagles games this year. The NFC East match-up trails just two other home games at Lincoln Financial Field this season. A Week 15 game against the Cowboys has an average secondary price of $239.79 while the Eagles host their top-priced game of the season against the Giants on October 12. Eagles vs. NY Giants tickets currently average $244.41 on the secondary market, 14.6% above season average.
