Placebo Announces Upcoming Tour Dates

English alternative rock trio Placebo are heading across the pond this fall to tour North America for the first time in seven years. The band previously released their last record Loud Like Love last year. After shows in Spain and England in September the North American tour starts on OCtober 8th in Philadelphia at the Theatre of Living Arts.

On October 11th Placebo will play the Escape Music Festival in Brooklyn at Pier 9. They will share the stage with bands Yeasayer, Ra Ra Riot, and more. On the 13th the band will make their return to Canada with a show at the Metropolis in Montreal. This is followed by a show at the Sound Academy in Toronto on the 15th. On October 20th Placebo will play the Showbox SoDo in Seattle, Washington. This average ticket price for this show is only $54.07 compared to the tour average of $88.11. The next show of the tour is on the 23rd at the Nob Hill Masonic Center in San Francisco.

This show has the most expensive Placebo tickets at $120.01. The North American leg of the tour ends on October 24th in Los Angeles at Club Nokia. Placebo will then head back to Europe for few more dates. A complete list of the North American dates can be found listed below:
