Indie rock band Spoon are back on tour later this year with some festival appearances and some co-headlining shows. Spoon released They Want My Soul last year, their 8th release overall. The tour starts off on May 9th in Dallas, Texas at the Homegrown Festival where Spoon will headline the festival exclusively for Texas artists. Spoon will then play the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama. On May 22nd the tour stops in Bend, Oregon at the Lee Schwab Amphitheatre. This show is a co-headlining show with The Decemberists and opening act The Districts. The average price for that show has an average ticket price of $69.63 and a lowest get-in price of $60. On the 24th Spoon will play the Malkin Bowl in Vancouver, Canada with indie dance band Future Islands. On May 27th Spoon will play again with The Decemberists in Morrison, Colorado at Red Rocks. This show has an average ticket price of $178.55 with a lowest get-in price of $58 and features Courtney Barnett opening. Spoon will play at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, Tennessee starting which starts on June 11th and at the Firefly Festival on Dover, Delaware which starts on June 18th.
