The top Broadway shows this week have jumped significantly in average price on the secondary market compared to last week. A new Broadway production, “Constellations,” makes its way on the top shows list this week and represents the top priced Broadway ticket. Three shows this week have tickets at an asking average price over $500. Here’s a breakdown of the top five Broadway shows of the week on the secondary market.
2/11/15 - Constellations | Avg. Price: $813.67 | Get-in Price: $265
Constellations makes its debut on the top shows list as Jake Gyllenhaal stars in this Broadway production about a story of a relationship with potential and infinite possibilities. This show recently opened last month at the Samuel J. Friedman Theatre and it’s showing for this Wednesday night have tickets at a current average price of $813.67 on the secondary market. The least expensive ticket to get-in is priced at $265.
2/14/15 - Cabaret | Avg. Price: $790.54 | Get-in Price: $443
Cabaret continues its strong run on the top shows list as Alan Cumming and Emma Stone star in this Broadway production. Cabaret will have a Valentines Day showing at Studio 54 as tickets have a current secondary market average price of $790.54, with a get-in price of $443.
2/14/15 - Fish in the Dark | Avg. Price: $589.62 | Get-in Price: $266
A Fish in the Dark is featured on the top shows list for the second straight week as this new Broadway show stars Seinfeld co-creator Larry David. Elephant Man tickets for this Saturday’s showing at the Booth Theatre have a current average price of $474.93 on the secondary market, with a get-in price of $286.
