The Yardbirds Announce 2015 Northeast Spring Tour

February 6, 2015

The-Yardbirds

Iconic rock band The Yardbirds are heading back out on the road this spring. Jimmy Page and Eric Clapton won’t be on the bill, but original drummer Jim McCartney and guitarist Anthony “Top” Topham will pack a punch when they hit the East Coast for seven dates in April. Singer/guitarist John Idan, bassist Kenny Aaronson and percussionist Myke Scavone will also perform alongside McCartney and Topham.

The band’s initial dates will likely lead into an announcement of more shows later this year, but The Yardbirds have announced a  definitive Northeast run this spring. The stateside tour will start on April 4 at Infinity Hall in Norfolk, Connecticut and will travel to Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut, B.B. King Blues Club and Grille in New York City, Musikfest Café in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and the Larcom Theatre in Beverley, Massachusetts.  The final two dates will be held at The Flying Monkey in Plymouth, New Hampshire on April 11 and The Newton Theatre in Newton, New Jersey on April 12.

Here are all seven dates the iconic band will play this April. Be sure to check back for all upcoming tour announcements and news about Yardbirds tickets:
