The New York Mets begin a six game road trip to kick off their 2015 season and will return to Citi Field for their home opener against the Philadelphia Phillies on April 13. For the Mets home opener, all fans in attendance will receive a 2015 magnetic schedule. Overall, the Mets have 16 promotional games from Opening Day at Citi Field through the month of June, including four promotional games in the month of April. Those include Free Shirt Friday on April 17, Fireworks Night on April 18, and a David Wright schedule poster for the first 15,000 fans in attendance.
According to TicketIQ, Mets tickets at Citi Field have an average price of $115.08 in the secondary market for the 16 games that feature promotional giveaways to guests or special events like the Steve Miller Band postgame concert scheduled for June 27. The most expensive ticket of the promotional games on the Mets schedule is their home opener against Philadelphia, current going for a secondary average price of $164.25, with a get in price of $50.
