Yelawolf Announces U.S. Tour Dates, Reveals Love Story Track List
April 9, 2015
Hip-hop recording artist Yelawolf will be countrywide this summer. The 35-year-old Alabama native has announced a massive U.S. tour between May and June, playing 47 dates over the two-month stretch. He’s also released the track listing to Love Story, his upcoming sophomore LP that will be released on April 21.
The tour route kicks off on May 1 at The Fillmore in Detroit. Yelawolf will wrap around the country through the end of June, ultimately concluding at The International in Knoxville, Tennessee on June 27. He’ll hit several notable venues along the way, including Philadelphia’s Trocadero, The Metro in Chicago, the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles and the House of Blues in New Orleans.
Love Story features 18 songs in total, Yelawolf’s most ambitious studio effort to date. It will be the full-length follow-up to 2011’s Radioactive, which was his debut solo release. Perhaps most interestingly, Love Story features just one guest rapper – hip-hop heavyweight and Shady Records owner Eminem. Em and Yelawolf collaborate on the track “Best Friend”.
