(UPDATE 5/13/15) After four games, the Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards are all even. Game 5 of the series will take place Wednesday night at Philips Arena and it will be the least expensive game of the series in Atlanta on the secondary market. The current average price of Hawks playoff tickets on Wednesday is $299.39, the only Hawks game of the series to be below $300. The get-in price will also be significantly cheaper than Games 1 and 2 at Philips Arena. The get-in price if just $40 while the least expensive ticket was listed at $100 for each of the first two home games in the series.

(UPDATE 5/12/15) With a 106-101 win in Game 4, the Atlanta Hawks tied their series against the Washington Wizards. The series will now head back to Atlanta for Game 5 tied at two games apiece. The Hawks were led by Jeff Teague, who had 26 points and eight assists. However, Washington’s Bradley Beal was the high scorer of the game with 34 points, along with seven assists and six rebounds. Game 5 will be played on Wednesday night at Philips Arena and Hawks playoffs tickets have an average price of $174.88 on the secondary market with a get-in price of $36.

Wizards Game 4 Tickets vs Hawks Are Averaging Less Than $150 Per Seat
(UPDATE 5/11/15) The Washington Wizards have a chance to pull away from the Atlanta Hawks in their second round series of the NBA Playoffs. Washington will come into a home Game 4 with a 2-1 series lead over Atlanta. The Wizards have the potential to go up 3-1 against the Hawks before heading to Philips Arena for Game 5. On the secondary market, the average price of Wizards playoff tickets for Game 5 is $149.22 with a get-in price of $40. Game 5 will take place on Wednesday night and Hawks playoff tickets have an average price of $220.30.

(5/4/15) It took longer than the Atlanta Hawks would have liked to put away the Brooklyn Nets in the first round, but the East’s No. 1 seed did advance. They will take on the Washington Wizards in the second round, who soundly defeated the Toronto Raptors in the opening round of the NBA Playoffs. The winner of this series will go on to face either the Cleveland Cavaliers or Chicago Bulls in the Eastern Conference Finals. For the Hawks, it would be the first trip to the Conference Finals since moving to Atlanta in 1968 and for Washington it would be the first trip since losing in the NBA Finals in 1978-79.
As the No. 1 seed, Atlanta will have home court advantage for the series. On the secondary market, Hawks playoff tickets have an average price of $197.57 across the four potential games. Game 2 will be the least expensive of the four with an average price of just $120.90 and get-in price of $20 on Tuesday night. However, should the series extend to seven games, the current average price for Game 7 is $488.26.

Atlanta and Washington met four times during the regular season with the Hawks winning three of the four. However, despite the Hawks finishing the regular season with 14 more wins than the division-mate Wizards, Washington does not appear to be an easy out.
