(UPDATE 5/5/15) Foster the People will embark on a short string of solo shows between festival stops this weekend. Among shows at Rock in Rio Las Vegas, the Hangout and BottleRock Festivals, the band will play six gigs from May 9-16 before pumping its kicks back up for performances at Firefly and KAABOO in June and September.
For those searching for tickets on the secondary market, the median secondary price for Foster the People tickets is $71.13. The band will play its most expensive solo show on May 9 at the Summit Pavilion in the Grand Sierra Resort, where tickets average at $220 and get-in price is $182. The second top-priced show will be four days later at the Fillmore Auditorium in Colorado. That show currently owns a secondary average of $70.67 and the cheapest ticket is priced at $52.
The cheapest date of tour will be on May 16 at Austin Music Hall. Tickets to that show average at $49 and start at just $25. Additional shows at the Rockwell at The Complex on May 12 and Winstar Casino May 15 average at $54.67 and $62.66, respectively.

Foster the People To Play Solo Dates Between Festival Appearances in May
(3/13/15) Foster the People will be pumping up their kicks in smaller venues across the U.S. between festival dates this May. With the band scheduled to make notable appearances at Rock in Rio Las Vegas, Hangout Festival and BottleRock in two months, a string of smaller shows will also invade several cities.
The run begins at the Grand Sierra Silver State Pavilion in Reno, Nevada on May 9. Three more dates are scheduled before the group plays the Hangout Festival on May 13 at the Revolution Center, the Complex and Fillmore Auditorium. Following their second day at Hangout on May 15, Foster the People wraps their solo stint at the Win Star World Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma later that day.
The band is touring in support of 2014’s Supermodel, its second full-length album that was released last March. Later this summer, FtP is scheduled to play the Firefly Festival and KAABOO in June and September.
