Art Garfunkel Announces Run Of 2015 Shows
(11/10/14) Despite celebrating his 73rd birthday last week, one of America’s most celebrated male vocalists shows no signs of slowing down, having announced the sale of Art Garfunkel tickets for a series of shows across the globe in 2015.
The six-time Grammy Award winner still has several dates of his current An Intimate Evening With… tour to complete, but wasting little time, has already confirmed that he will head back out onto the road in February with three shows in Korea.
The New Yorker will then head to Europe for nine shows including one-off stops at Dublin, Paris and Hamburg, and a three-night residency at Vienna’s Wolf Trap, before returning to his homeland for two-night stints at Pittsburgh’s Carnegie Library on April 17/18 and Niagara Falls’ Falls Casino on Apr 24/25.
Fans will have to wait a little longer to get their hands on Art Garfunkel tickets for this latest run of dates. However, Art Garfunkel tickets are available on TicketIQ for one of his remaining 2014 shows at Redding’s Cascade Theatre on November 14, which currently has a get-in price of $223.
Garfunkel, who was forced to postpone a reunion tour with Paul Simon back in 2010 after being diagnosed with vocal cord paralysis, has gradually returned to the live fold over the past year, having claimed that his voice is now ‘96%’ back to its best.
Those with Art Garfunkel tickets should therefore expect the star to be in fine form as he performs all the highlights from his back catalogue, with recent shows including Simon & Garfunkel chart-toppers “Bridge Over Troubled Water” and “The Sound of Silence,” his Watership Down theme “Bright Eyes” and tracks from solo albums Songs From A Parent To A Child, Everything Waits To Be Noticed and Scissors Cut.
