This week in indie and alternative concerts kicks off with Welsh indie rock band Catfish and the Bottlemen playing at the Varsity Theatre in Minneapolis, Minnesota on June 9th. On the 10th fellow Brit, Florence and the Machine will perform at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion in Boston, Massachusetts. Also on the 10th Scotland natives Belle & Sebastian will perform at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The next day in NYC punk band Bad Religion will stop at the Bowery Ballroom. Finally on the 14th, classic 80’s bands Tears For Fears, The B-52’s, and Berlin will play the Kool Concert 2015 at Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre in Englewood, Colorado.

The band most recently released True North back in 2013 but are working on a new album later this year. The Kool Concert 2015 will be held this week on the 14th at the Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre in Englewood, Colorado. The show features popular and beloved artists from the 1980’s Tears For Fears, B-52’s, and Berlin. The average ticket price for Kool Concert 2015 is $81.35 but fans will be able to find tickets for as low as $19. Berlin last released Animal in 2013 and the B-52’s put out Funplex in 2008 so fans can expect to hear more than their 80’s hits. The show is all ages and with doors opening at 4:30 local time.
