Top Indie and Alternative Concert Tickets of the Week (6/29)

This week’s top indie and alternative concerts kicks off on June 30th with a show by gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello at the BMO Harris Pavilion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On July 2nd indie pop band San Cisco will be at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City. Also on the 2nd Third Eye Blind will be joined by Dashboard Confessional at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas near Houston. Indie bands Wilco and Dr. Dog will perform at the Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Arizona. Finally on the 4th Blues Traveller, Guster, and Hanson will perform at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado.

7/2 San Cisco at the Bowery Ballroom Avg. Ticket Price $97.43 Get-in: $35
Australian Indie pop band San Cisco will be at the Bowery Ballroom in New York City this week on July 2nd. The show has an average ticket price of $97.43 and a lowest get-in price of $35. The band last released their sophomore album Gracetown back in March reaching number 1 on the Australian charts. The band will also stop this week on the 30th in Washington DC at the Black Cat and on the 1st at Johnny Brenda’s in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
7/2 Third Eye Blind & Dashboard Confessional at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Avg. Ticket Price $143.16 Get-in: $55
Third Eye Blind and Dashboard Confessional will be performing at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas which is 30 miles north of Houston. The show has an average ticket price of $143.16 though fans can find tickets for as low as $55. Third Eye Blind recently put out Dopamine last month to positive acclaim while the last Dashboard Confessional album was 2009’s Alter the Ending. The tour will stay in Texas this week with a show on the 3rd at the Cedar Park Center in Cedar Park and on the 4th at the South Side Ballroom in Dallas.
6/30 Gogol Bordello at the BMO Harris Pavilion Avg. Ticket Price $12 Get-in: $4
Gypsy punk collective Gogol Bordello will be at the BMO Harris Pavilion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this week on June 30th as part of the annual Summerfest. The show has an average ticket price of only $12 and an even lower get-in price of only $5. The band released Pura Vida Conspiracy back in 2013 which received a lot of critical acclaim. Gogol Bordello will be in Nashville, Tennessee on the 2nd at Marathon Music Works and at Crossroads KC in Kansas City, Missouri on July 4th.
7/4 Blues Traveler, Guster, & Hanson at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre Avg. Ticket Price $79.75 Get-in: $43
Blues Traveler along with Guster and Hanson will be at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado this week on July 4th. The show has an average ticket price of $79.75 and a lowest get-in price of $43. Blues Traveler put out a collaboration album, Blow Up the Moon this year and Guster released Evermotion back in January. Hanson put out Anthem back in 2013. This is a special one off July 4th show for these three bands as they will then head off on separate tours.
7/3 Wilco & Dr. Dog at Salt River Fields Avg. Ticket Price $63.27 Get-in: $15
Indie rock bands Wilco and Dr. Dog will be playing this week on the 3rd at the Salt River Fields in Scottsdale, Arizona. The show has an average ticket price of $63.27 though fans can find tickets for as low as $20. Wilco put out out The Whole Love back in 2011 while Dr. Dog released B-Room in 2013. This is the only show where fans can catch these bands together as Wilco will head to Des Moines, Iowa on the 10th for the 80/35 festival where they will play with Jenny Lewis and St. Lucia. Dr. Dog also on the 10th will head to New York City for a show at MSG.
