Superstar rapper Drake is having quite a year in 2015 after surprising the music world with his unannounced third album, “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late,” this past February, which is his most recent work to go platinum.  Since dropping his third studio album, the Canadian rapper had a headlining performance at Coachella, kicked off his “Jungle” tour this past May, which just concluded earlier this month, and in late July was involved in a much publicized rap battle with Philadelphian rapper Meek Mill.  The rap battle, according to many, was one sided in Drake’s favor and now there are rumblings that he is now dating Tennis superstar Serena Williams.

The highlights don’t stop there, as Drake will be headlining a show on September 6 at the Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan and he will also be performing for the two weekends at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in Zilker Park in October.

Drake tickets for his concert at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas will be pricy on the secondary market with tickets averaging $203.30 and the cheapest ticket priced at $130.  While tickets to his upcoming Vegas show are not cheap, it’s one of the rapper’s most affordable shows of the year and is 13% below the overall average price for Drake tickets on the secondary market for 2015, which is $233.78.

Drake fans heading out to his next show will come away with tickets at a bargain, considering Drake’s highest priced shows, which took place in Canada, had average asking prices of over $500 on the secondary market.  His most expensive show this year was at the OVO Festival featuring him and fellow rapper J. Cole at the Molson Canadian Amphitheater with tickets on average $611.44 in the secondary market, a 200% over the average price of Drake’s next show in Las Vegas.

Following his performance at the Cosmopolitan, Drake is scheduled to appear on the first and second weekends of the Austin City Limits Music Festival taking place on two weekends from October 2 through the 11th at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas.

Drake will be performing the night sessions of both weekends of the ACL Music Festival with weekend passes now available on TicketIQ at an average price of $288.07 on the secondary market for Weekend One and a secondary average price of $302.03 for a Weekend Two pass.
