The celebration of Stevie Wonder’s seminal 1976 album, Songs in the Key of Life, continues this fall on the third and final North American tour leg. The festivities kick off next week in Montreal, and fans will be treated to the complete album as well as some of Wonder’s biggest hits during his final two months of tour.
Expect to pay big if looking for tickets on the secondary market. The average price for Stevie Wonder tickets on TicketIQ is $189.12. The influential singer makes his most expensive stop on November 17 at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Virginia, where tickets average $288.35 and the get-in price starts at $56.Each of his final 20 shows will average above $100 on the resale market, as his most affordable gig at Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas averages $100.64.
Songs in the Key of Life spawned several of Wonder’s highest-charting singles, including “I Wish” and “Sir Duke”, each of which topped the Pop and Black Singles list in 1977. It is widely considered one of, if not, his most influential album, with Rolling Stone Magazine placing it among the 500 Greatest Albums of All-Time.
