It will be a big month for Santana, who launch the next leg of their Las Vegas residency at House of Blues at Mandalay Bay tonight. The iconic Latin rock band is slated to play eight shows through the end of next week, and tickets on the secondary market are averaging well under tour average for the upcoming run of gigs.
According to TicketIQ, the median price for Santana tickets in Las Vegas is $194.84. That is 15.4% cheaper than the group’s overall tour average of $230.28. 16 more shows will be played over two separate legs in February and May of next year, and each is generating an average price above $200.
Only two shows during the band’s November run will exceed the $200 average on the secondary market. Those gigs come tonight ($293 avg./$162 get-in) and on November 7 ($202.52 avg./$134 get-in). Conversely, a November 11 show is the most affordable show with an average secondary market price of $186.66 and $134 get-in price.
