Looking at Prices for Lupe Fiasco Tickets Along His '2016 Tour For The Fans'

It will be a busy year for Chicago native and rapper Lupe Fiasco, who has embarked on an extensive North American tour and is slated to ambitiously drop three albums by the end of 2016. Being dubbed the "2016 Tour For The Fans", Lupe will make 17 stops across the U.S. and between January and February, the first order of business before he releases a trilogy of LPs before the year is out.

The tour kicked off last night at The Neptune Theatre in Seattle and will make notable stops in cities like Portland, San Francisco, Denver, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, New York and Boston before wrapping at Vogue Theatre in Indianapolis on February 13. As for collection of upcoming albums, Drogas will be released first. A date has yet to be given to the first of the three records.

The outspoken rapper is finding significant ticket demand on the secondary market as well. Over his remaining 16 shows the average price for Lupe Fiasco tickets on TicketIQ is $105.89. That is significantly more expensive than the short run he made with Charles Hamilton last summer, where tickets averaged $77.62 over four dates in June.
