Jerry Seinfeld Beacon Theatre Residency Announced, Tickets Onsale Dec. 7

Jerry Seinfeld is the most recent entertainer to make an extended stay in New York. Along Billy Joel's successful once-a-month gig at Madison Square Garden, Seinfeld just announced a similar residency at the Beacon Theatre. The comedian will play one show per month at the legendary theater starting in January. The first six dates have been announced through June -- January 7, February 18, March 2, April 14, May 5 and June 8. Each show is on a Thursday night, except for the March and June dates which fall on a Wednesday.

In a statement announcing the shows, Seinfeld had glowing things to say about the Beacon: “My favorite theater in New York to perform in has always been The Beacon. Comedians live for certain houses that just feel ‘alive’ for some reason. The Beacon is that place for me and I am so excited to make it my new home.”

Seinfeld has still been touring across the country and will continue to do so in addition to the new residency. On the secondary market, Jerry Seinfeld tickets have been in high demand throughout his other stops.
