Top NBA Games of the Week (2/16)
February 16, 2016
Between the Splash Brothers' battle in the Three-Point Contest to Zach LaVine and Aaron Gordon's high-flying antics in the Dunk Contest, the NBA's All-Star Weekend left nothing to the imagination. The second half of the season will officially commence on Thursday with a trio of games, and par the course this season, the Warriors will again make several appearances on our top NBA games list.
Check out the five most expensive games this week below, according to TicketIQ:
2/20/16 Los Angeles Clippers vs Golden State Warriors | Avg. Price: $655.54 | Get-in: $201
Steph Curry and the Warriors will travel down to Los Angeles to take on the Clippers at Staples Center on Saturday in what will be the top-priced game of the week. The average price for Los Angeles Clippers tickets on the secondary market against the Warriors is now $655.54 and the cheapest available is $201. At 48-4 the Warriors continue their pursuit for the best record in NBA history and look to make the Blake Griffin-less Clippers their next victim over the weekend.
2/19/16 Los Angeles Lakers vs San Antonio Spurs | Avg. Price: $600.19 | Get-in: $164
Kobe Bryant will make his final trip to San Antonio on Friday when the Spurs host the Lakers at AT&T Center. Bryant's curtain call in the Lone Star State is generating massive demand for Spurs tickets on the resale market, as the average price for the game is now $600.19. If looking just to get into the game this weekend the cheapest ticket is listed for $164. It will be the fourth time the Lakers and Spurs meet this season, with the Spurs collecting a 3-0 record over that time.

2/19/16 Brooklyn Nets vs New York Knicks | Avg. Price: $417.81 | Get-in: $114
It's not the heated rivalry it once was just two years ago, but the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets will still battle before a sellout crowd at Barclays Center on Friday night. The two teams have combined for just a 37-72 record this season though fans will be hard-pressed to find cheap tickets on secondary outlets. Brooklyn Nets tickets against the Knicks now average $417.81 and the get-in price is $114. Barring playoff berths, the teams will reconvene for a fourth and final time this season at Madison Square Garden in April.
2/19/16 Portland Trail Blazers vs Golden State Warriors | Avg. Price: $362.44 | Get-in: $83
Before hitting Los Angeles for a bout with the Lakers on Saturday the Warriors will travel to Portland to take on the Trail Blazers Friday night. The game currently serves as the fourth most expensive game of the week, with Portland Trail Blazers tickets against the Warriors averaging $362.44 and the get-in price starting from $83.
2/18/16 Los Angeles Clippers vs San Antonio Spurs | Avg. Price: $199.15 | Get-in: $51
Prior to hosting the league's best team in the Warriors, the Clippers will face another difficult task on Thursday when they welcome the 45-8 Spurs to Staples Center. That matchup will round out this week's most expensive games list with an average price of $199.15 and a $51 get-in price. It will be just the second of three meetings between the two teams this year and first since the Spurs took a 115-107 victory over the Clippers in San Antonio back on December 18.
