Bruce Springsteen Breaks Record for Longest U.S. Show in Philly; Setlist is Massive

Bruce Springsteen

Bruce Springsteen has been putting his true fans to the test this month by playing epically long sets during a handful of his most recent performances. The Boss played his longest show ever on U.S. soil on Wednesday night at Citizens Bank Park, where he and the E Street Band played for a total of 4 hours, three minutes and 43 seconds. The previous record of 4 hours was set at his MetLife Stadium gig on August 30.

Springsteen & Co have been having an epic year touring since early this year when they launched a tour to honor the landmark 1980 album, The River. The two has since been extended twice, and will finally (and officially) wrap up on September 14 in Foxborough, Massachusetts. Tickets for the final three dates are still available, and are averaging a lofty $171 on the resale market.
