76ers Welcome Lakers, Celtics in Top-Priced Home Games This Month
December 1, 2016
December will be an important month for the Philadelphia 76ers, who despite their last-place standing are well on pace to improve on last season's 10-72 record. The team can credit that progress to the rise of rookie Joel Embiid alongside budding teammates Jahlil Okafor, Hollis Thompson and Robert Covington, who have restored a competitive attitude at Wells Fargo Center this season.
The 76ers will play seven home games over the next four weeks, welcoming top-priced games against the Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics and New Orleans Pelicans. Below, TicketIQ breaks down where each December home game stands in terms of ticket demand on the secondary market:

The Lakers will command the highest ticket prices this month when they visit Philly on December 16. As it stands now the average resale price for 76ers vs. Lakers tickets is now $112 and the cheapest tickets start from $27 each. It will be the only game at Wells Fargo Center that averages over $100 in December.
The Celtics, Nets and Pelicans will be the only other teams that own a resale market average over $50 at Wells Fargo Center this month. For those fans with interest in attending the Sixers' cheapest home games in December, look no further than the team's next two games against the Magic and Nuggets. A December 2 matchup with the Magic now owns a $43 average and $6 get-in price. It will be the Nuggets' visit three days later that posts the lowest average resale price at just $35. Tickets also start from $6 each against the Nuggets.
