Boston Calling Announces 2017 Festival Lineup & Ticket On-Sale

Boston Calling has announced the lineup for their fifth-annual festival year, which will take place May 26-28, and headliners include rock powerhouses Tool, Mumford & Sons, as well as hip-hop star Chance The Rapper. Other major highlights include Bon Iver, the xx, Major Lazer, Weezer, the 1975, Sigur Rós, Solange, Run The Jewels, Tegan And Sara, Sylvan Esso, Mac DeMarco, Wolf Parade, Danny Brown, Flatbush Zombies, Frightened Rabbit, Modern Baseball, and many more.

This year's Boston Calling will relocate to the Harvard Athletic Complex and will be adding a film experience curated by Harvard alum Natalie Portman. In previous years, the festival was held at Boston's City Hall Plaza.

Boston Calling tickets are currently on sale. Early Bird 3-Day GA passes start at $245, while Early Bird 3-day VIP passes start at $499, and Early Bird 3-Day Platinum passes start at $899. 3-Day GA passes, which will go on sale when the early bird passes sell out, start at $269. Passes for Boston Calling are also be available on the secondary market, where tickets are averaging $364, with the cheapest pass going for $295.

In prior years, Boston Calling has been recognized as one of the most affordable music festivals. While the lineup tends to be slightly smaller than other powerhouses like Bonnaroo and Coachella, there is no shortage of talent on the roster.
