Super Bowl LI Parties in Houston: Rolling Stone, Maxim, and Playboy Host Big Weekend Bashes

Super Bowl IV kicks off in Houston this weekend, and fans looking to do more than just watch football are in luck, as three larger-than-life Super Bowl bashes will take place before the big game.  At the top of the list for major festivities includes the sixth edition of the Rolling Stone Magazine Party, the Maxim Party, and the Playboy Party. Check out the details below and the best way to grab tickets to these parties before it’s too late.

If snagging tickets to the Big Game is all you’re after this weekend, now is officially time to pull the trigger. On TicketIQ, a search engine that pulls tickets and data from over 90 percent of the resale market, 2017 Super Bowl tickets are averaging just over $5,000, with the cheapest tickets currently going for $2,576 in the 600 sections of NRG Stadium.

Rolling Stone Party | Feb. 4 | Museum of Fine Arts | Cheapest Available Ticket: $750

The annual Rolling Stone Party boasts one of the biggest entertainment bashes of the year.  This year’s lineup will include headlining acts Diplo, Nas, Big Sean, & DJ Cassidy, but a ticket to the party will get you way more than just that. Hosted at the Museum of Fine Arts (one of the 10 largest art museums in the United States), a general admission ticket ($750) to the party will include an all-inclusive open bar, food, and gourmet hors d’oeuvres all night. A VIP ticket ($1,100) includes table areas, couches, and a dedicated bottle service. Attendees can secure a VIP Table for 6 for $12,500, and a VIP table for 30 can be purchased for $50,000. Over the years, The Rolling Stone Party has attracted some of the biggest celebrities including Steven Tyler, Avicii, and Elle King.

Maxim Party | February 4 | Smart Financial Center | Cheapest Available Ticket: $750

The 2017 Maxim Party will kick off on Saturday, February 4 at Smart Financial Center and will feature headlining acts Travis Scott, DJ Khaled, and an additional performance will be performed by DNCE. The Maxim Party will include live art by Frenchy, virtual art by Aerial, Fashion vignettes, and interactive areas like the Monster Energy FMX Motorcycle Show and the Monster Energy Lounge. Tickets to the Maxim Super Bowl party start at $750 and include live entertainment, canapés, and an open bar.  Maxim Party VIP Tables  for 10 can be purchased for $17,000, while a Maxim Party VIP Suite for 30 can be purchased for $44,000.

Playboy Party | February 4 | Spire Nightclub | Cheapest Available Ticket: $350

The Playboy Super Bowl Party will feature headlining act Flo Rida, and a general admission ticket grants attendees access to an open bar, premium food, and a venue packed with some of the most well-known playmates and models.  Previous performers at the event have included Drake, Nelly, and Alesso.  General admission tickets, which grants each attendee access to a full cash bar, are priced at just $350, making the Playboy party one of the more affordable pre-Super Bowl events this weekend.
