Incubus to Launch Summer Tour with Jimmy Eat World

Alt rock group Incubus will launch a tour this summer in support of their new aptly titled eighth studio album 8. Emo darlings Jimmy Eat World will be joining Incubus for this tour in support of their new album Integrity Blues, and Nashville bluegrass band Judah & the Lion will also serve as an opening act.

The 8 tour will kick off on July 6th in Tampa, Florida with a show at the Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre. Fans in New York City will have some options as to where to catch this tour. There is a show in Holmdel, New Jersey at the PNC Bank Arts Center on July 14th and a show at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, NY on the 16th. Fans can also go to Long Island for a show in Wantagh at the Jones Beach Theater on the 19th. Jimmy Eat World will play near their hometown of Mesa with a show in Phoenix, Arizona on August 12th at the Ak-Chin Pavilion. Coincidentally, Incubus will play near their hometown on the 14th with a stop at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. The tour will then wrap up for a couple months with a show on the 19th in Seattle, Washington at the White River Amphitheatre. On October 3rd Incubus and Jimmy Eat World will return for a show with Atlas Genius in Morrison, Colorado at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

The 8 Tour went on sale February 24th via Ticketmaster.

For dates that are sure to sell out quickly fans can get tickets on the resale market, where several deals are available. Incubus tickets on the resale market are currently averaging $214.

Incubus released a new single last week, "Nimble Bastard Love" which will can be heard on their new album 8 when it drops on April 21st.
