The Braves, who set to open their new stadium SunTrust Park, follow closely behind. The Cardinals also appear in the top tier when they host the rival Cubs at Busch Stadium on Sunday.
On the other side of the spectrum sit the Twins, Pirates and Athletics, who own the cheapest Opening Day tickets in 2017. All three teams own an average resale ticket price below $90. Consider this: three teams are posting a get-in price higher than $90 on Opening Day. Those teams are the Braves ($99), Rockies ($93), and Giants ($90).
