Want to see a live sporting event in person? Fans of the Professional Bull Riders may be the first to get that opportunity. The group, which brought back live events in late April, is currently planning to sell tickets for events in July. The newly announced events will be held at Denny Sanford PREMIER Center in Sioux Falls, SD on July 10, 11, and 12.
The PBR has rejiggered its schedule since the coronavirus pandemic hit. It suspended competition on April 15.
To date, the PBR has held two events, the “Unleash the Beast” on April 25-26, and the Cooper Tires Invitational on May 8-9, both with no fans in the stands. The events were held at the Lazy E Ranch in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The group tested and screened workers and competitors, and is developing a protocol for fans.
