2021 Update - Broadway Reopening
After over 500 days in the dark, the lights came back up on Broadway on September 2nd, with the return of Hadestown and Waitress. September 14th marked the return Chicago, Hamilton, Wicked and The Lion King, with other big shows returning throughout the fall. 2021 will also welcome several highly-anticipated new shows, including MJ the Musical and Diana the Musical. For all Broadway performances through to October 31, audience members, cast, crew and theatre staff must be fully vaccinated, and it's safe to assume that that will be the case for the foreseeable future.
Where to Find Six Tickets On Broadway & Chicago
Primary market tickets for the Six on Broadway are available via Ticketmaster, and start as low as $79 for some shows in March. The show is playing at Brooks Atkinson Theater on Broadway.

Schedule & Run Dates
On Broadway, Six opens on March 12 at the Brooks Atkinson Theater and will play through December 26. The show plays Tuesday-Sunday. Curtain goes up at 7:30 p.m. every night with 3 p.m. matinees on Saturdays and Sundays. The theater is dark on Mondays.
Six will also take its show on the road with performances at the Broadway Playhouse in Chicago, beginning July 8 and running through October 24.
Show Details & Reviews
Six is a British musical that debuted at the Fringe Music Festival in 2017. It was first presented by Cambridge University students, before moving to London’s West End and Broadway. Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss collaborated on the book, music and lyrics. During the show, each of Henry VIII’s six wives sing their stories to see who has suffered most, and therefore should be the group’s lead singer.
The ensemble cast is young and ethnically diverse, and the show features many group numbers, stunning costumes and a lot of energy. Moss and Jamie Armitage will direct on Broadway. Choreography is by Carrie-Anne Ingrouille and costumes are by Gabriella Slade.
Brooks Atkinson Theatre Seating Chart + Details
The Brooks Atkinson Theater is a Broadway theater located at 256 West 47th Street. It was designed by Herbert J. Knapp and initially opened as the Mansfield Theater in 1926. Currently owned by the Nederlander Organization, and the interior was completely refurbished in 2000. The theater seats 1,069.
Wheelchair/Accessible Options
Wheelchair accessible seating at the Brooks Atkinson Theater is available in the Orchestra section, and patrons can purchase up to three companion seats for every wheelchair seat purchase. Seats with folding armrests are located in Orchestra C101, C114, J101, J114, N101, N114, N26, and P23, and Mezzanine D1, D25, and D26.
There are no escalators or elevators, and there are stairs between the Orchestra and Mezzanine sections. A wheelchair-accessible rest room is located on the Orchestra level.
The Brooks Atkinson Theater also has accessible seats for patrons with hearing or vision impairments, in Orchestra Row A 1-7, and 2-8. Headsets are available at the theater.

As the show has not yet opened, there is no standing-room option currently available.
Other Venue and Show Details
Six is recommended for theater goers aged 12 and up, and the theater does not permit patrons under the age of 4. The Brooks Atkinson Theater will accommodate late arrivals at the discretion of the House Manager, and late arrivals will be taken to their seats by an usher.
The theater does not have a bag or coat check.
Inside the theater, there is a bar located on the Mezzanine level with beverages, including alcoholic, and snacks are available for purchase. The bar opens 30 minutes before a performance and at intermission.
Rest rooms are located on the Mezzanine Level.
Rush & Lottery Options
Fans can take advantage of the Six digital lottery for $30 tickets. Digital lottery entries will be accepted 24 hours before a performance up until 9 a.m. on the day of the performance. Patrons can buy one ticket and seat location is at the discretion of the box office and could be partial view. Lottery winners will be alerted via e-mail and have 60 minutes to purchase tickets online. The tickets can then be picked up at the box office 30 minutes before curtain.
There is also a General Rush option for Six, and tickets are $40. These tickets will be available the day of a performance at the theater box office. Patrons are limited to two tickets and seat location is based on availability. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
The box office is open Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-8 p.m. and on Sundays from noon-6 p.m.
