Floor Courtside sections, rows and seats at Smoothie King Center
Floor sections at Smoothie King Arena consists of A, B, C, D. For events with wider audience, additional floor sections E, F, G, H, as well as Pit or General Admission standing areas are relocated. Flat floor seating sections (A-D) typically have rows from 1 up to 30. Floor sections A & B typically have rows with up to 22 or 20 seats while C & D often have rows with up to 14 seats.
100-level sections, rows and seats at Smoothie King Center
Lower level sections starts from 101 up to 124 and have rows numbered from 1 to 26. Additional rows (Rows AA, BB, C) are designed for special events in lower sections. Lower level sections have rows with up to 21 seats. The SRO (Standing Room Only) zone is located in section 250. 100-level center sections are 110-114, 12,124, 101, 102 while 100-level end sections contain 105-108, 117-120. 100-level corner sections include 121, 122, 114, 115, 103, 109, 110

Upper level sections (301-332) have rows from 1 to 20. Upper level sections (301-332) have rows with up to 27 seats. 300-level center sections contain 314-318, 301, 302, 330, 331, 332 while 300-level end sections consist of 322-326, 306-310. 300-level corner sections include 328, 329, 321, 322, 313, 312, 303 and 304.
Club, VIP, Box Seats and Suites at Smoothie King Center
New Orleans Pelicans Sideline Premiere and Club seats can be found in A, B, C & D seats and are located in the lower level in sections 101-102, 111-114, 123-124, and include rows 1-25. Loge Boxes can be found at the back of sections 105-108. Hollywood(A,B) sections are located in the sidelines right next to the team benches. The Hub International (Hub Club) Super Suite is located above section 250. Also, some suites at the west-end of the arena can be linked to create large Party Suites. The Party Perch and the Band Stand are located in section 323. WHAT IS MOBILE TICKET POLICY AT SMOOTHIE KING CENTER
Tickets for Basketball events or concerts at Smoothie King Center can be purchased at Ticketmaster. You may also purchase the tickets in-hand from Smoothie King Center Box Office. The Smoothie King Center has 16 (sixteen) ticket windows in the Main Box Office located on the Ground Level of Le Rouge Ln.The Smoothie King Center Box Office sells tickets for all events at the SMG-managed complex in weekdays.
HANDICAPPED & ADA SEATING AT Smoothie King Center
Wheelchair accessible seating, semi-ambulatory seating and removable armrest seating are located in various sections and levels at Smoothie King Center. Standard-sized wheelchair, larger scooter, or other mobility device can be purchased at requests during ticket sale . Guests purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may also purchase companion seats. You may also shift your seats through ADA Relocation Booth located across from the section 108 entrance on event day. All ADA seats may be purchased in advance via Ticketmaster.com or through Ticketmaster Customer Service line at 1-800-653-8000.
