McDowell Mountain Musical Festival (M3F) has added is coming back to the stages of Margaret T. Hance Park in downtown Phoenix in the weekend of March 6-8, 2020. M3F saw its beginning in 2014 as a complete non-profit event which has now become a hardcore annual expedition for music enthusiasts.
