  • Anaheim Ducks 2021 Attendance Policy
  • Fans will be allowed back at the Honda Center starting on April 16th against the Vegas Golden Knights. Currently, Orange County is in the Orange Tier, which means the Ducks could host up to 10% of capacity or up to 35 percent of capacity if all fans test negative for COVID-19 or have proof of vaccination. If the county drop into the less-restrictive Yellow Tier, capacity would still be capped at 10%, but it could increase to 50% if all spectators have a negative test or proof of vaccination.
  • Honda Center COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocols

    Based on CDC guidance, the following types of face coverings are permitted:

    • Cloth or surgical type mask (disposable or reusable)
    • Clear mask
    • Face shield, but only in addition to a face mask

    Examples of face coverings not permitted at Honda Center include: 

    • Neck gaiters, even if made with multiple layers of material
    • Costume masks
    • Open-chin bandanas
    • Face coverings containing valves, mesh material or holes

    No Bag Policy

    In accordance with NHL safety and security guidelines, bags and purses, including clear bags and clutches, will not be permitted inside Honda Center effective February 1, 2021. 

    In an effort to accommodate our guests who require a purse/bag, including diaper bags and bags carrying items that are medical in nature, such as prescription medication, breast pumps, and other special medical equipment, will be permitted as long as they are within 16 in. x 12 in. x 12 in. These bags are required to go through additional X-ray screening and inspection. Honda Center’s North Entrance will have one dedicated X-ray screening line. All other arena entrance lines will be No Bag/Express Lines.

    Symptom and Health Check

    Prior to entry to Honda Center, all guests may be subject to verbal symptom and health checks. Guests agree to not attend an event at Honda Center if any one or more of the following is true within 14 days of the day of the event: 

    • You have (or any person in your party or with whom you have close contact has) tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for, COVID-19;
    • You have (or any person in your party or with whom you have close contact has) experienced symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention at CDC.gov, including: 
      • Fever or chills
      • Cough
      • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
      • Fatigue
      • Muscle or body aches
      • Headache
      • New loss of taste or smell
      • Sore throat
      •  Congestion or runny nose
      • Nausea or vomiting
      •  Diarrhea
    • You are (or any person in your party is) subject to a mandatory quarantine pursuant to local, state or federal health authorities.

    Food and Beverage

    In compliance with California State’s guidelines, food and beverage items will not be available for purchase inside Honda Center. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted inside Honda Center.  

    Additional details regarding game day food and beverage options will be announced in the coming days.

    No Re-entry

    In an effort to continue the highest level of safety and security, Honda Center is enforcing a “no re-entry” policy for all ticketed events. ​If a guest has their ticket scanned for entry, and then leaves the arena, they will not be permitted to return using the same ticket. For emergency situations, please contact a Security or Guest Services Manager.

    Contactless Environment

    Event tickets will be digital and available on guests’ mobile devices.​ Honda Center has implemented cashless payment at the Team Store.

    Practice Physical Distancing

    For the safety of all in attendance, guests must follow physical distance guidelines including designated physically distanced spacing signage as they queue for entry or in line. We ask all guests to maintain at least six (6) feet of distance from those outside of their party during their time at Honda Center. Gatherings of more than eight people are prohibited on the concourse and will be strictly monitored by event staff.  Honda Center staff will monitor guests in seating areas to ensure they maintain physical distancing and sit in their purchased seats.
